Return and Warranty Terms

Some products carried are warranted by the manufacturer. Thus, if you have any questions regarding warranty, please Contact Us prior to making the purchase. KT Campus, Inc. AKA Unique Style Racing does not manufacture the products in-house and does not provide any warranty to the products sold. Most DEPO brand lighting assemblies come with a 6 months or 1 year manufacturer warranty. The warranty begins upon the receipt of the product and covers fitment and leaking issues only. You will be held responsible for both way shipping fees for any warranty purposes. Even if there was no shipping charge on an item, please note that the shipping fee we've paid to ship the order to you is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. USR guarantees that the products sold is as described and as advertised, so we disclaim any implied warranty of title, ownership, and merchantability.

 

General Rules for Return Merchandise

You will have up to 30 days upon receipt of item to return the product back to USR as long as it is still in brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Prior to return, please submit a Return Request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For any returns that does not include a RMA number will result to a longer processing time. Photo documentations that show the condition of the item will also be required.

a). Item arrived damaged: Should the item be damaged during transit, you must report the issue within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. Ensure to keep the item(s) and all packaging materials as the carrier will require documentations of this.
b). Returns: You will have up to 30 days upon receipt of item to return the product back to USR as long as it is still in brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Prior to return, please submit a Return Request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For any returns that does not include a RMA number will result to a longer processing time. Photo documentations that show the condition of the item will also be required.
c). Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied to returns that are not in brand new, unused and resalable condition. Otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to items that are in brand new condition. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
d). Received incorrect or defective item: Should you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, ensure to contact USR within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. If you prefer a refund, USR will provide you a prepaid return label for you to send the item back as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. If you want to do an exchange, USR will cover both way shipping (provide you a prepaid return label and a label to ship out the correct item to you) as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. The original purchased product will need to be returned back to USR's facility before USR ships out the correct item or provides the refund. Please prepare photo documentations that clearly show you have indeed received the incorrect or faulty merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the items back to USR's facility should he or she no longer want the item due to a biased opinion.
e). Item not received: There may be cases where the tracking status on the carrier's website shows delivery but you have yet to receive it. Please note for cases like this, USR will not be held responsible as it is the carrier's responsibility to successfully deliver the item to you. However, USR may assist in trying to get in contact with the carrier by initiating a lost trace and / or claim. Ensure to check your tracking status on the carrier's website periodically to understand the whereabouts of your shipment. If the tracking status shows delivery but you have not received the item(s), please check around your property, household, and with fellow neighbors. For any further issues, please Contact Us.
f). Received tracking but want to cancel: Unfortunately, once you have received your tracking number and you see movement on the carrier's website, USR cannot stop or cancel the order. Extra charges will apply for any refusals, non-deliverable addresses, or unwarranted returns. Please note that original shipping/handling is NOT refundable.
g). Significantly Not as Described: If the product you have received is not as described and you need to return for refund, USR will always ask for you to provide photo / video documentations explaining why. The main reason for this is to protect both parties and to avoid inconsistency from occurring. The documentations will assist in understanding how / why / when the problems were formed.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. The limited warranty begins upon the receipt of the product and covers fitment and leaking issues only. You will be held responsible for both way shipping fees for any limited warranty purposes. USR guarantees that the products sold is as described and as advertised, so we disclaim any implied warranty of title, ownership, and merchantability.
b). Limited Warranty Claim Guidelines:
  • We warrant that during the limited warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and the item(s) must not show any visible / physical damages. Thus, products that are in used, installed and tampered with condition (along with marks, blemishes, cracks and dents) will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must have not been modified, altered or retrofitted as this will void manufacture warranty.
  • Be sure the stock gaskets or rubber seals are not torn and worn as you will need to reuse them when you replace your stock lights with USR's. Photos will be required to demonstrate the condition of your stock gaskets or rubber seals. You will also be asked for photos and/or videos of any leaking, misting, fogging and/or condensation that is occurring in the light.
  • All of the lighting assemblies are not compatible with every Xenon HID and LED-type bulbs in the market. The lighting assemblies can only work with bulbs that have been tested and/or included by the manufacturer. Each fitment varies, so ensure to read the item description carefully for bulb sizes.
  • These terms are only applied if the listing clearly states that it is covered under manufacture warranty.
  • Limited warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. The repair or replacement can only be shipped to the address provided within the original payment. You will be held responsible for all shipping costs for any limited warranty claims
    • Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement or refund as described below in this warranty statement.
    • WHO may use this limited warranty?
      • Unique Style Racing located at 9668 Milliken Ave Ste 104, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730 ("we") extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product ("you"). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
    • WHAT does this limited warranty cover?
      • This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the [automotive lights] (the "product") for the Warranty Period as defined below
    • What does this limited warranty NOT cover?
      • This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
    • What is the PERIOD of coverage?
      • This limited warranty [starts on the date of your purchase and] lasts for [6 months or 1 year] (the "Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
    • How do you OBTAIN warranty service?
      • To obtain warranty service, you must contact us during the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number. In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, you must fill out the Returns Request form on our website by clicking here
  • Limitation of Liability – The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • Warranty is void if the product is no longer available.

 


    Apparel Terms


    Printify and Cancelations
    A placed order can be canceled without any problems if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet. If the product is already in production, that means that data and money have already been transferred to the print provider. However, our support team is happy to contact the procedure and attempt to cancel the order (for a refund). We will do our best to prevent waste. However, there are no guarantees once an item has entered the production process.


    Printify and Refunds
    If a product is lost, arrived damaged or flawed due to some manufacturing error, we will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the item. Make sure to reach out to Unique Style Racing with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition within 30 days (for domestic orders) or 45 days (for international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back.


    Printify and Returns
    If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. We do not require customers to return any items if it was damaged or flawed. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. Apparel is final sale and nonrefundable.


    Printify and Shipping
    After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link.
