COVID-19

The new year is upon us and the impact of the COVID-19 is still among us here in California. We still process and pack almost everything ready to go within 24 hrs, but carriers are really struggling with the increased volume.

• Larger Packages shipped via FedEx Ground: We are feeling huge impacts - FedEx has not been able to pick up all the pallets for shipment on a daily basis. This is resulting in a backlog of orders sitting in our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for initial pick up scans, we assure you the oldest orders are being picked up first.

• All FedEx Tracking: Delays on movement from distribution centers and missed in-transit scans. Please review tracking information once initial pick up scan has been entered for most current estimated delivery dates.

• USPS (First Class, Priority): Also heavily impacted. To cut costs, USPS workers are no longer authorized for overtime or making late / extra trips. To save time, in-transit scans are skipped until it reaches the destination delivery hub. Packages may not have movement for a few days due to these delays. We kindly ask for your patience. However, if there is no movement for more than a week from the last scan - feel free to let us know and we'll do what we can.




Unique Style Racing's action in response to COVID-19

An overview of actions Unique Style Racing (USR) has taken to reduce the spread of the coronavirus while continuing to serve our customers.

In addition to the thousands who have been affected by the illness and the thousands more that are indirectly dealing with the effects on their work, school and communities, USR is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. Here are some of the ways we are trying to reduce the impact of the virus on your shopping experience as well as what you might expect from your service during this period of uncertainty.

Caring for our employees

In light of ongoing COVID-19 developments - as well as the contagion factor associated with the virus - USR has moved forward with modified work schedules. Employees are on site with staggered schedules with required masks to maintain social distancing and only to complete tasks that cannot be completed from home. USR's number one priority is the safety and health of our employees and we feel the protocols in place provide a safe work environment during the pandemic.

Serving our customers

As an essential business defined by the San Bernardino County on May 15, 2020, Unique Style Racing is required to and will continue to provide sales and distribution of products during this time to ensure that people can get the products they need, especially at a time when the need is immediate to our customers. As COVID-19 has spread, we’ve recently seen an increase in people shopping online. In the short term, this will have an impact affect logistic challenges on shipment pick-ups and consistent tracking scans. We are committed to providing quality customer service and timely product delivery; however, limited employee office hours coupled with challenges our carriers may experience with COVID-19 may cause some delays.
